What this covers

Commercial floors take far more traffic than a kitchen at home, so material choice and setting method matter more. We look at slip resistance for the space, the traffic pattern, rolling loads such as carts, and any cleaning chemicals the floor will see.

Most of our commercial work happens around opening hours. We phase large floors so part of the space stays usable, coordinate with building management on access, and leave each section clean and safe to walk at the end of a shift.

  • Retail and showroom floors
  • Restaurant floors and wall tile
  • Commercial restrooms

Commercial Tile Installation questions

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. We schedule evenings, overnights and weekends, and phase larger floors so customers and staff are never cut off.

Do you handle slip resistance for wet areas?

Yes. For restaurants, entries and restrooms we recommend tiles with a suitable slip rating for the use, and we check the product data before ordering.

Can you tile over a concrete slab?

Usually, yes. We check for cracks, moisture and flatness, then use a crack-isolation membrane or leveling compound where the slab needs it.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. Send us the building rules and any contractor requirements with your request, and we will plan access, hours and deliveries around them.

How do you keep dust down in an occupied space?

Demolition and cutting are contained with barriers, and wet cutting is used where possible. Work areas are cleaned at the end of every shift.

Can you match existing tile for a repair?

If you have attic stock, yes. If not, we can help source the closest match or suggest a clean transition so the repair does not stand out.
